No-Worry Returns - 30 Days offer high quality Jeep Parts and Jeep Accessories by name brand manufacturers. All products on our website are covered by minimum 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Customer may return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note only uninstalled items in original box can be returned during this 30 days period. All returns are subject to 20% to 30% restocking fee depending on the vendor. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event the customer returns an item originally sold with free shipping, the customer is responsible for covering our original costs of shipping the item. No Exceptions.

In the event of a defect that occurs outside our return policy, but within the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your return. The manufacturer will have sole determination of the outcome of the claim.

NOTE: Complete Steel Body Kits or Steel Body Tubs cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make sure you ask all the necessary questions before purchasing these Kits or Tubs.

Before installation we request our customer to inspect products for any defects or fitment issues. For oversized shipments, please inspect the shipment prior to signing for delivery. is not responsible for freight damages. If the carrier manages to drop off a damage package, please call them immediately.

Return Instructions: Please fill out the online form at this link "Contact Us " (select Return Good Authorization for Subject), include your full name and order number. Upon receipt of your email we will issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and return instructions. All items should be return within 15 days from the date RGA number is issued. For your protection, ship your return via an insured and carrier that provided real time tracking number. is not responsible for damage or lost packages.

Additional Important Information.

Please note that we do not pay any of the shipping charges involved in returning goods, and/or warranty claims. In the event the customer returns an item originally sold with free shipping, the customer is responsible for covering our original costs of shipping the item. No Exceptions.

Refuse shipments are subject to 50% restocking fee. In addition to restocking fee customer will be responsible for return shipping cost which is billed to us by Fedex, UPS or USPS. Please note return shipping is not same as what we originally charged to shipped the order. Return shipping on refused packages is usually significantly higher. will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product. In additional we will not cover labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing or storage fees.

Undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping address are returned back to us by Fedex, UPS or USPS, these return packages will be charged 30% Restocking fee. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Checks - Cashier's checks, certified checks, money orders or personal checks are accepted. Orders paid by personal checks will be held for 14 business days for the check to clear the bank. All orders for over $500.00 must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier's check only. Note: Please do not send cash.

All parts and accessories sold on are covered only under Manufacturers Warranties and/or Guarantees. In the event an item becomes defective, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for proper procedure on returning the merchandise.

Backordered Products

There may be an occasion where a product that you order is not in stock. You will be notified by email or by phone if this happens. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

Damage Shipments

We inspect all packages leaving our warehouse and make sure all items are shipped in secure boxes. Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do so by filling out our online form at "Contact Us ". Orders modifications/cancellations can be made up until the time that processing is complete. If the items are  already shipped, the normal return policy applies. Please note that once the item on your order is shipped you will not receive refund for shipping charges. If an error  is made by us, then we will pay for return shipment.
