Returns |
| Customer must begin the Returns process within thirty (30) days of delivery. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. All returns
require a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. The
RGA number must be marked outside of the returned boxes.
Unauthorized returns won't be credited. You are
responsible for return freight charges if you order the
wrong part, change your mind or have other ordering
errors. We will only refund the shipping cost if the
return is due to our fault.
Return goods are subject to
20% restocking fee. It is your responsibility
to inspect all items before installation. Items that
have been installed, used and/or not return in their
original packaging are subject to
30% restocking fee. We inspect all return
items to assure that they are returned in good resalable
condition. Credit are issued after the inspection.
Entire process takes between 2-3 weeks.
Return Instructions: If we ship the
wrong item to you please fill out the online form at
this link "Contact Us"
(select Return Good Authorization for Subject),
include your full name and order number. Upon
receipt of your email we will issue you an RGA (Return
Goods Authorization) number and return instructions. All items must be return within
15-days from the date RGA number is issued. The
returned product must be in new, unused, and unworn
condition with all original packaging materials, unused
warranty cards, and instruction booklets. For your
protection, ship your return via an insured, tractable
carrier. (NOTE: WE DO NOT
PAY FOR RETURN FREIGHT). NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON
SPECIAL ORDERS, FACTORY DROP SHIPS AND BODY PARTS.

Customers |
| At this
time we do not take orders from customers living
outside the USA. We will be able to handle
international orders in the near future.

Payment
Information |

Credit Cards - We
accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. When paying with a
credit card, the billing information on your order form must match the billing
information on record with your credit card company. For your safety, we may also
require the three or four digit security code located on the back of your credit
card. |

Credit/Debit Card Information - Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by Google Payment Corporation, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with ShopJeepParts.com.
Ineligible Items - Certain items are unavailable for purchase using Google Checkout. The following is an example of what the Google Checkout button will look like when you have ineligible products in your basket.

Coupons - All Coupons are currently ineligible for use with Google Checkout.
Purchase History - By using Google Checkout to make purchases on ShopJeepParts.com, your purchase history for such purchases will be maintained solely in your Google Checkout account. Your purchase history for such purchases will not be maintained by ShopJeepParts.com. All purchase history that you may have with ShopJeepParts.com prior to using Google Checkout or with respect to purchases that you make without using Google Checkout will be maintained in your My Account at ShopJeepParts.com.

| Checks - Cashier's checks,
certified checks, money orders or personal checks are accepted. Orders paid by
personal checks will be held for 14 business days for the check
to clear the bank. Personal checks must have your name, address, phone number,
check number and bank name imprinted upon the check. Please also include your current
address (if different from check) phone number, and current driver's license
number and state. All orders for over $500.00 must be paid by credit card, money
order or cashier's check only. Note: Please do not send
cash.

| Orders shipped to Georgia address will
be charged 7.00% sales tax.

Warranty
Policy |
Parts sold on ShopJeepParts.Com site are covered
only by the Manufacturers Warranties and/or
Guarantees. In the event an item becomes defective,
please refer to the manufacturer's warranty
information for proper procedure on returning the
merchandise. We will not be responsible or liable
for labor, or incidental or consequential damage of
any kind. In no event shall our liability exceed the
cost of the goods.

Backordered
Products |
| There may be an occasion where a product that you order is not in stock. You
will be notified by email or by phone if this happens. We do not charge your
credit card until your order is shipped.

Damage
Shipments |
|
We inspect all packages leaving our warehouse. If
you receive a damaged package, you have the option
to refuse delivery, that way the item will be return
to us. If you accept a damaged
package and/or upon inspection of the parts, you find
the item damaged, please file a formal claim with
the carrier within 48 hours.

| Product pictures are based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. Pictures are
for demonstration purposes only. Actual applications may vary. In cases where there is a dispute over interpretation of a picture ShopJeepParts.com retain the right to evaluate such disputes on a case by case basis and will rule based on how a “reasonable” person would interpret such.

Order
Cancellation / Modifications |

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do
so by filling out our online form at "Contact
Us". Orders modifications/cancellations can be
made up until the time that processing is complete.
If the items are already shipped, the normal
return policy applies.
Please note that once the item
on your order is shipped you will not receive refund
for shipping charges. If an error is made by
us, then we will pay for return shipment. All items
are subject to 20% - 30% restocking fee per our
Return Policy.

Typographical Errors |

ShopJeepParts.com is committed to providing accurate information
on our website, however sometimes typos do happen and we
apologize in advance for those. ShopJeepParts.com reserve the
right to refuse or cancel orders for product(s) listed
at an incorrect price regardless of the status of the
order. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, ShopJeepParts.com
will issue a credit to your credit card / PayPal account in the
amount of your original charge.
